Have you ever heard of Jamaican Beef Patties? I had not until a friend mentioned them recently. Since that time, I have fallen a little in love. I mean...LOOK at them! No, don't adjust the color on your computer. That pastry crust IS yellow.
The center is warm and spicy and so, so delicious. Did I mention that you can make these ahead, freeze, and then pop in the oven for a quick dinner or snack? It's true! I'll tell you all of the details.
