This is me. And normally, it doesn't end well. But, BUT...Trader Joe's started carrying these Organic Chocolate Half-Coated Rice Cake Thins, and I had to give them a try. And, as anti-rice cake as Mr. E is, he was forced to try them as well.

A package of 8 rice cake thins costs $1.99. These contain two organic ingredients: dark chocolate and puffed brown rice.

She says: It's a rice cake. Really, how good can it be? Sometimes I forget what they taste like. I DO, however, appreciate the chocolate coating and the slim profile of the rice cake. Both the thickness and the chocolate made the rice cake much more palatable.

He (Mr. E) says: Rice cakes…hmmm. Dark chocolate…yes. Trader Joe’s…yes. Two out of three isn’t bad, and neither are the rice cakes. I do like the thickness of these. The chocolate coating is just enough to get your attention, and it doesn’t flake off and cause a mess. Well done.
