The Pioneer Woman Food & Friends Latest Post: Pumpkin Banana Bread
It's the best of both worlds, really. Pumpkin bread and banana bread. How can this combination be wrong? Answer: it can't.
The recipe makes two loaves...one for eating, one for sharing. Or, two for eating and pretending the recipe only made one loaf. Your call. (I made another batch of this recently in those cute little paper baking pans...it made three smaller, but still good-sized loaves. Perfect for giving.)
Once you bake up a couple of loaves, I recommend giving a quick bread French toast a try.
DO IT!!!!!
