ReplyDeleteJust wanted you to know that I used your vanilla-almond sugar cookie recipe & your Royal icing recipe for all of my Christmas cookies this year. They turned out great (and were actually quite similar to the ones I always made). I usually roll mine a bit thinner than yours, but decided to try them a little thicker this year and liked them a lot. Thanks for all your great tips...I received many compliments on how pretty my cookies were. Now if I could only find the vanilla bean paste to buy around here....!

ReplyDeleteI do wish I lived near you! I have to give you a shout out on your sugar cookie recipe. We used it to make cookies for Santa and they turned out great. My 3 y/o and I decorated them on Christmas eve and had a great time.
