Wednesday Replay: 6 Pumpkin Recipes to Make this Fall

Tomorrow is October!!! Yay!!! Even if it weren't my birthday month, I still think it would be my favorite. You know what October means - bring on the pumpkin recipes! Diving into the archives, I chose 6 of my favorites that you probably want to make this fall. Let's go!

From 2012, Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies

Is there anything more to say? PUMPKIN. CHEESECAKE. BROWNIES. Make them. Today?

From 2010, Savory Pumpkin Cheddar Muffins

If you think pumpkin just lives in the world of sweet, I implore you to try these pumpkin cheddar muffins. They are insanely delicious...either on their own or with a bowl of soup.

From 2012, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars

There isn't a fall that goes by where these don't make an appearance in our kitchen. They're the perfect pumpkin/chocolate treat. From what I understand, they've become a favorite with a few undergrads at Notre Dame.

From 2016, Pumpkin Cookies with Roses and Succulents

I've made many a pumpkin-themed cookie over the years, but these hold a special place in my heart...maybe because they're a little unexpected? They're fun to make as each one is a tad different. Post includes recipe links and a tutorial.

From 2014, Soft Pumpkin Cookies with Cinnamon-Sugar Frosting

Just looking at the photo has me jonesing to take a big bite of these soft, pillowy cookies. Cinnamon-sugar + pumpkin = another one of my love languages.

From 2009, Pumpkin Cream Cheese

This is an oldie but a goodie. (Someone remind me to update these photos next time I whip up a batch.) So good. So perfect for bagels, toast, apples...you name it.

Alright, pumpkin. I'm ready for you!

  1. I have been making your pumpkin chocolate chips bars for years. They are the best. You would never think pumpkin and chocolate would go together but they do. If you have a chance, See's has a pumpkin truffle that comes out after Halloween. It is lovely.
